Refund policy

We want you to love your Solche gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it easy to return or exchange your item.


Returns Eligibility

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

All tags and packaging are still attached

You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Protective Shorts 

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email order@solche.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.

Once approved, return the item using a trackable service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.


Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days after your return is received for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order to secure your item, and returning the original for a refund.
This helps ensure you don’t miss out if stock sells through quickly.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:

Email order@solche.com.au within 14 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll organise a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.


Return Processing Time

We aim to process returns within 3–5 business days of receiving them. You’ll receive an email once your return has been processed.


Return Address

Details will be provided upon approval of your return request.
Please do not send items back without confirmation, as this may delay processing.
