Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
At this stage, Solche ships exclusively within Australia. We do not currently offer international delivery, but plan to expand in future.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and another once your order has shipped with tracking details.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas only)
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to seasonal demand, weather events, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
Occasional free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website or applied at checkout where eligible.
Delivery Addresses
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect addresses.
Please provide a physical street address for all deliveries.
Ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order — we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
If your order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, re-delivery fees may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact orders@solche.com.au with your order number.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of Australia, but international delivery will be available in the future.
